Come discover our  time share units located in the tranquil area surrounded by the North Georgia Mountains known as Sky Valley, Georgia.  We are approximately two hours north of Atlanta and just minutes away from the North Carolina and South Carolina borders.   

Whether you are getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city and find pleasure in soaking up the magnificent mountain views relaxing on your balcony or want to take  advantage of our on-site amenities, there is something for everyone of all ages.  Our amenities include an outdoor unheated pool, four hard tennis courts, play ground, picnic area, fitness center, sauna, two hot tubs,  and a library with internet access.    Other popular activities include fishing, hiking and golf on the 18 hole championship course.  

Nearby area attractions include horseback riding, gem mining, canoeing, rafting and much more as you venture through our scenic roads.  To fully enjoy the amenities at Sky Valley and the surrounding area attractions, a vehicle is necessary.

Our  81 units consist of one bedroom  for 4, one bedroom  with loft for 6, two bedroom  for 6, two bedroom with loft for 8 and a three bedroom unit for 8.  Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and washer/dryer.  Many of our units have steps ranging from 3 to 27 from the parking area and some also have steps in the unit itself.  We do not have elevators and therefore not handicapped accessible.
