In 1990 Advanced Financial Company began servicing a loan portfolio of $50,000,000 consisting of 9000 loans among four (4) properties. AFC has managed to increase its' servicing structure in spite of payoffs and the natural amortization process to seventeen (17) properties which represents over $105,000.000 in combined portfolio balances and over 13,000 loans.
AFC performs the Property Owner's Association (POA) assessment billing and payment processing for fifteen (15) properties with a combined total of over 50,000 owners. The owners are currently billed annually, quarterly or monthly. This varied payment frequency option has given AFC a very flexible product to offer its customers.
