The Timeshare Store, Inc.® is a real estate company specializing in Disney Vacation Club resales located in the Williamsburg Downs shopping center, on Central Florida Parkway, about three blocks from Sea World in Orlando, Florida.

In April of 1994, Tom and Judy Yeary set up a "Timeshare Resale Division" within an Orlando residential real estate office, Williamsburg Realty, Inc. After more than three years of success and growth, the demand to have an office devoted strictly to the needs of vacation club members and purchasers arose.

The Timeshare Store, Inc.® opened in December of 1997. Our mission statement is "Treat customers like you want to be treated and they will become customers forever!" All of our staff continues to follow this mission statement to this day.

The Yearys have held Florida Real Estate Licenses since 1980, and have been involved in starting up two of the major timeshare resorts in Orlando, namely Orange Lake Country Club in 1982 and Marriott's Sabal Palms in 1985.

The Timeshare Store, Inc.® has NEVER charged up-front listing, advertising, marketing, website, auction, or appraisal fees. We earn our commissions only when we sell your property. We specialize in only the finest resorts such as the Disney Vacation Club properties, Marriotts, and Hiltons. Our inventory primarily consists of the Central Florida properties and a few select areas outside of Florida where these well-known vacation clubs have resorts. The decision was made to specialize in these particular resorts in order to give better service to the buyers and sellers of these properties.

In the 16 years that we have handled the Disney Vacation Club properties our company has sold over 9,000 DVC packages to new members. Our "open" (non-exclusive) listings give you every opportunity to sell with us, other companies or find your own buyer. There is no withdrawal or cancellation penalty, should you decide to take your listing off the market for any reason. We have one of the most extensive marketing programs available on the internet, exposing your property to millions of prospective buyers everyday.

We have NEVER changed our corporate name, address, or added a franchise in order to distance ourselves from customer complaints!
