Lennon Communications Group

Lennon Communications Group was founded in 1985 by Marge Lennon, who began her career in the vacation ownership industry in 1978 as the public relations director and chief writer for Captran Resorts, co-authoring a major book on timesharing for Captran founder Keith Trowbridge. She later served as PR Director and communications chief for The Mariner Group, which became Hilton Grand Vacations Company and served on the American Resort Development Association's (ARDA) Board of Directors during the mid-80s.

Marge frequently handles writing assignments for ARDA's Developments magazine, is a Contributing Editor for Resort Management & Operations, a contributing blogger for Askmando.comand the Editor of the Women in the Industry (WIN) electronic newsletter. (See Published Articles) She has served over ten years on the Board of Directors for the Bluegreen Vacation Club. As a publicist since 1978, Marge knows how to get your story in print and on the Internet.

Her knowledge of web-based distribution channels benefits clients seeking the broadest possible distribution of their news releases. She is also skilled in the specialized field of “crisis management” in dealing with challenging PR issues and prides herself in making a client’s products and services “come alive” through various communications programs.

Marge Lennon & Co. have been on the winning end of over 60 prestigious "Addy" and "Image" awards for excellence in creative advertising and public relations programs. Lennon’s creative team has been responsible for writing over 200 silver and gold "ARDY" awards during the past 30 years for ARDA. Marge herself was honored by ARDA as the organization’s first top Public Relations Professional in 1985.
