Kosmas Group International, Inc. became involved in vacation ownership over 30 years ago when Steven Kosmas launched the management team at Boardwalk One Resort in Ocean City, Maryland. Five years later, in a partnership with his brothers, Paul and Nick, they opened their first resort in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Through the 1980’s KGI development efforts were concentrated in Ocean City, Maryland and at beachside properties, especially in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Six resorts, featuring condominium, villa and townhouse accommodations, were developed; all sold out within three years.

KGI properties offer inviting accommodations and quality on-site amenities, with easy access to local area attractions. Our expert resort staff members pursue a hands-on management approach, ensuring high standards of property maintenance, environmental sensitivity and responsive service to owners. KGI's cooperative relationships with leading travel and vacation exchange companies, such as RCI and Interval International, create an extra dimension of value for owner families.

KGI has developed more than a dozen resorts over the past 3 decades, encompassing over 30,000 owners. KGI's Florida-focused portfolio now consists of resorts in Kissimmee, New Smyrna Beach and Key West. The company retains its distinction among the top 25 timeshare operators in the United States.
