My name is Nate Roberts, president and original founder of The Timeshare Guys.

I have been involved professionally in the timeshare vacation ownership industry since 2001 and have had the awesome opportunity to travel all over the United States in timeshares since 1992. I decided to start selling timeshares because of the wonderful vacations my friends and family had experienced over the years.  I started as most professional timeshare brokers do, working at resorts.

I have personally worked for many different resort developers including Bluegreen Vacation Club, Fairfield Resorts (now Wyndham Resorts), WorldMark by Trendwest (now Worldmark by Wyndham), Monarch Grand Vacations, Berkley Group (Vacation Village Resorts), and Tahiti Village, a Consolidated Resorts property.

After working at many different resort properties, I became frustrated with the sales policies and lack of truthful information that was available to consumers about this life changing product. I also came to realize the need to help owners in the secondary market. The resorts were great at selling people timeshare, but they did not have an effective system in place to help owners who wanted to sell. I became determined to find a better way to share the joy of vacation ownership with others.

In my humble opinion, Timeshare is a GREAT way to vacation. The resorts are typically nicer than a regular hotel, in the best locations, and the rooms are bigger than the suites my family used to get before we had timeshare. Instead of staying in a regular hotel room with 2 beds, a bathroom, and a mini-fridge (if we were lucky) all in the same room, now we stay in fully furnished 2 and 3 bedroom condominiums at beautiful top rated resorts.

Founded in 2003, the TimeshareGuys.com is committed not only to giving you a great deal when you purchase your timeshare vacation ownership, but also to being your complete timeshare information resource. I truly believe if you understand what you are buying and how it works you will be a happy timeshare owner. That is why I have also developed Time share Learning Center (Timeshare is one word, not two!).

The Timeshare Learning Center is the place to find all of the timeshare information you need so that you can make an educated decision about timeshare vacation ownership without ever having to attend one of those “90 minute”, high pressure resort sales presentations. Personally, I feel purchasing a timeshare will be one of the best investments you can make in your life - the simple commitment to take quality time away with your family. Why should you have to make that decision today with a sales person and his manager breathing down your neck?

Though I personally love timeshare, it is not right for everyone. In fact, it may not be for you.

If you don’t like to travel, timeshare is simply definitely NOT right for you. It is not something to buy in the hopes of making a profit. It is something you buy to USE and take wonderful vacations with your friends and family.

What I can tell you is that timeshare ownership has been a wonderful experience in both my friends and family's lives. We would have never been able to go to many of the places we have now traveled to with our timeshare vacation ownership programs. To date we have been blessed to travel to 37 states, Whistler and Niagra Falls in Canada.
