David Rice

 Direct the operations and activities for 4 resorts throughout California, Missouri and Mexico, including all pre-opening operational activities.
 Develop annual Resort Group and resort specific strategic and tactical plans.
 Develop means, methods and plans to consistently improve guest/owner service levels and product quality.
 Work with Accounting and General Managers to develop resort and VOA budgets and business plans, consistent with strategic objectives and owner profitability expectations.
 Ensure successful completion of capital projects (appropriately budgeted, quality construction and on-schedule completion).
 Continuously improve resort operating income through both top-line and bottom-line growth.
 Ensure strong sales and marketing leadership and management to creatively grow revenues while building a strong, well-defined, superbly communicated brand.
 Ensure proactive, High-Five management of VOAs in all areas and departments.
