With 26 years in the timeshare industry in Canada, Mexico and the U.S., Pat West brings with her a vast array of experience in sales, conversions, database manipulation, and presentation structuring. At IRMS her primary focus is online Education & Sales. Pat has been actively involved in conversion sales since the Beta Test of RCI Points in 1999, making her one of the most experienced specialists in the industry today. Pat has successfully provided online sales to more than 23 resorts across North America. Her team is devoted to relationship building with resort members to establish their ongoing and long term needs, resulting in maximum revenue realization for resorts. Pat also provides Training and Mentoring Services for both Points Conversion Sales and Database Management.
